General Policy

  • All items will be shipped only after successful payment.

  • No exchanges/returns/refunds (also see Returns & Refunds section)

  • All items are priced after careful consideration and are fixed. Please respect my time and energy and refrain from bargaining.

  • Questions, requests, or complaints may be directed to omairahandcraftsindia on Instagram or omairahandcrafts@gmail.com.

Product Disclaimer

  • Due to their handmade nature, no two items will look or feel identical.

  • Color, shape, size, and weight will vary slightly with each product.

  • I do my best to make durable products, but the durability and longevity of all products also depend on how you use and care for the items.

Custom Orders

  • ​For any customization requests that you may have, please speak with me directly on Instagram at @omairahandcraftsindia

  • Customization may be possible for pre-made designs (your choice of size, color, shape, etc) so please reach out to me if you have any such requests. Extra charges may apply.

  • Items that are sold out may be recreated on request. Extra charges apply.

  • I shall do my best to accommodate your wishes but, I shall not make any duplicates of items created by other artists. If you have a particular style or vision, we can work on it together to create something unique that you'll love.

Shipping & Delivery

  • ​​Free shipping on orders above Rs. 699/-. Charges vary from Rs.30 to Rs 100.

  • Products will be shipped within a week to 10 days of confirmed order placement.

  • Due to the handmade nature of products, some items may take a little over two weeks to make and ship, but, I will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • Please allow up to a week or so from shipping for the package to reach you. I shall try to provide tracking details when I can.

  • If an item is lost during shipping I shall try my best to resolve the issue, but I cannot be held responsible for any such accidents.

Returns & Refunds

  • All refunds, returns, exchanges will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

  • As all the items are handmade and not mass produced, I guarantee that I will not ship any damaged products.

  • In case of damaged item, the customer needs to inform me within one day of delivery to be applicable to get a refund or a replacement.
